How long from start to going live?

Most properties go live in 14–21 days. Bottlenecks are usually furniture delivery (if unfurnished) or strata bylaws review. Turnkey has gone live in under 7 days for already-furnished units.

Do I need to buy furniture before you start?

No. The furnishing audit is part of the Turnkey package. If your unit needs furnishing, we recommend a kit, source it, and stage it. You pay for the furniture; we don’t mark it up.

What if my property is already furnished?

Even better. We audit the kit, replace anything that won’t hold up to short-term wear, do a styling pass, photograph, and launch. Furnished units typically launch within 7–10 days.
